Duties /
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate CNC Machines
Inspect and tag product, complete reports
Set up/Adjust settings/tear down CNC Machines, with some assistance
Perform setups and switchovers
Perform insert and tool changes and machine off-sets, when necessary
Maintain clean, safe work area
Requirements:
Basic Computer skills
Mechanical aptitude
Problem-solving/trouble shooting skills
Minimum of 1yr of experience in CNC machining and set up
High school diploma or equivalent
Advanced Math Skills - pre-employment test required for industrial and shop math
Preferred:
Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Advanced micrometer and caliper usage skills
Ability to read CNC Programming
Essential Functions:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, occasionally
Ability to stand up the entire shift
Ability to do repetitive movements (grasping, bending, twisting, walking)
